YAY FOR NIGHTLY WORKOUTS!

So i got back back from the gym a little while ago and PLOPPED my butt right down on my bed. working out gives me such an appeite! im going to have to resist going into my kitchen. :( why is it so hard to eat healthy?? fine, i’ll work out everysingle day off my life!!!….but when it comes down to eating i always mess up. the only thing that helps me, and holds me over is Oatmeal. it makes me feel really full. too full. i can not eat for like 5 hours if i eat oatmeal!…which thats bad too haha. i try to eat every 2-3 hours. it seems like on the weekends i mess up most. jdfkgjdfhoufdhb. it’s like the it hold a certain power over me. LOL. and im not wven kidding. i guess ill be a fatty for life. oh well. :(
